How to Book  
Check our Bookings Diary for your desired date and time, and book directly from there.  

  • Click the + next to your selected date.  

  • Fill out the bookings form.  

  • Click Save and Email Booking.  

  • We will email you an invoice, and your deposit or full payment will confirm your booking. Bookings will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice.

No need to complete a paper booking form just Click on the BOOKING DIARY above and use our online booking request system.

Once a booking request is made it stays provisional while the paperwork and payment are arranged. However, no one else can put in a request for that date and time while the provisional booking request is on the system.

Please make sure you have read our 'Conditions of Hire' as these form part of your agreement with the Village Hall

We try to get all bookings confirmed by four weeks before the date of the event.

We still have paper versions of our Hire Agreement if you cannot access the Booking Diary above.  But please note this will not show you clashes in bookings or 'hold' your provisional booking to prevent others booking that time slot.
