We are still in the process of recruiting a new Hall Manager. In the meantime the role is being covered by members of the Management Committee. Please bear with us as we get up to speed on all the processes and bookings!!

The online booking request system is open to all.
Once a booking request is on the online diary it stays provisional while the paperwork and payment are arranged. No one else can put in a request for that date and time while the provisional booking request is on the system.
We try to get all bookings confirmed by four weeks before the date of the event.
The provisional bookings can only be changed or cancelled by emailing the above address. There is no way to change it yourself.
